You can cancel or reschedule your appointment free of charge if you notify me at least 24 hours in advance. If a cancellation is made within less than 24 hours, you will be charged 50% of the service fee as a late cancellation fee.

I accept payments through a variety of methods, including credit/debit cards, bank transfers, and digital payment platforms. Payment details will be provided upon booking, and payments should be completed prior to the consultation or service.

For in-person consultations and meal prep, I primarily serve Berlin- Neukölln and Kreuzberg . If you're located outside of those areas, reach out and we can discuss options for remote consultations or see if travel arrangements can be made!

I do not offer refunds for completed services. However, if you're not fully satisfied with the consultation or service provided, please reach out and I'll do everything I can to make it right. My goal is for you to feel supported and happy with the results!

For package services that include more than one session at a discounted price—such as Transition Service, Pregnancy Nutrition (2 sessions), Postpartum Nutrition (2 sessions), and Baby Nutrition (2 sessions)—the following policy applies:

If a client decides to cancel or not use the second session, the promotional package price will no longer apply.

Any refund will be calculated based on the standard hourly rate (€40 per hour) for the time already provided, not the discounted package price. The remaining balance, after deducting the hours already delivered, will be refunded.

This policy applies only to unused sessions.
